Wonderful, if the only comment is the lack steak knife shows it's a pretty perfect meal
Btw the steak was so perfect it didn't need a sharp knife....

Really good real pub , friendly staff great range of ales that are brewed on the premises, we didn’t have the food but it looked great and would definitely return if to try it if we were in the area

Had a meal at this pub and could not fault the food or the service. Good food, lovely atmosphere, pleasant ambience, friendly and attentive staff.

4 of us had starters, mains and deserts. All different dishes. All very tasty, exceptionally cooked. Staff were outstanding. Great place to eat and drink.

We come as a family (20 people) for a meal every Christmas as the food&service is excellent.
We travel over from Wigan/Warrington, so in my opinion it is one of the best pubs in the area.
The pub itself is lovely; I wish it was my local 👌
